Kristen grew up in Ontario, Canada and was homeschooled for grades 4-9. After completing her high school education at a public school, Kristen went on to get a Bachelors degree, a college certificate, Masters degree and PhD. Kristen has expertise in working with neurodiverse students and teaching writing across university disciplines of study. Kristen has multiple publications and is currently working on a novel. 

Melissa grew up in Ontario, Canada, and was homeschooled for grades 1-7. After completing grade 8 and her high school education at a public school, she went on to get a Bachelors degree in Social Development Studies and a Bachelor of Social Work degree. Melissa has worked with high school students with various learning needs and has developed training for professionals working with youth.
